Continuous improvement is considered a fundamental principle in JLA in order to overcome the quality of the services provided in our organization. That is why we constantly work on the development of new analytical methodologies, incorporating the appropriate equipment. At the same time, we meet the demands of the market, in terms of specific quality and health requirements. In this way, we guide our management to meet the expectations and needs of our customers, also considering the requirements of national and international control agencies.
The management system designed and implemented follows the guidelines of standards IRAM-ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” and of the IRAM-ISO / IEC 17065: 2013 “General requirements for organizations that operate product certification systems. ” In addition, it has incorporated the principles of Good Laboratory Practices, following the rules established by the OECD and is certified as GMP + B11.
Our management system reaches all JLA personnel, making it a participant in the implementation of the improvements, in order to make this system effective, efficient and easily adapt to the needs that may arise.
The tests offered are extensive and can cover practically all the needs of our clients in different analytical areas. JLA has ISO 17025 accredited tests by the OAA since 2005. The tests are always carried out in accordance with the established methods and the requirements of the clients.
