Independence, Confidentiality and Staff Commitment

The Senior Management acts in a way in order to avoid the existence of pressures or influences on JLA personnel that may affect the quality of the results and certificates.

The guidelines to ensure the CONFIDENTIALITY of the information provided by our clients, as well as the commitments of mutual collaboration assumed, are agreed upon when signing the Contract between the applicants of the service and JLA.

Likewise, JLA personnel cannot intervene in any activity that may be detrimental to their confidence in their competence, impartiality, judgment or operational integrity and must ensure the protection of confidential information and the property rights of JLA clients.
