In the description field, try to be as explanatory as possible, if you have a contract number, quotation, service request or sample number, please mention it. ✔ 3. From the Quality Assurance Unit, the validation of the complaint will be done:      a) If the resolution is YES:      The complaint will be classified as appropriate: as OM (Opportunity for Improvement) or NC (Nonconformity), which can be Major (+) or Minor (-). A treatment number will be assigned and this classification will be communicated to the customer.
