Vegetable oils have different sampling techniques depending on the container in which they are stored. The tanks generate different layers of different quality from the bottom to the top of the container, being these significantly different, which depends on the storage time. This can generate that the loading in smaller containers, such as cisterns or flexitank, throw significant differences in the tests of quality of each unit individually, even though they are loaded from the same tank.
