Many years of investment in development, allowed JLA to become a reference laboratory in residue testing.
With the aim of using the same methods and technology as in the most demanding destinations (Europe, United States, Japan), JLA began 10 years ago to invest in mass / mass detection (triple quadruple). Today we can offer pesticide, mycotoxin and adulterant residue tests with this advanced technology.
JLA Argentina has developed multi-residue trials for different needs and products: Oilseeds, Nuts, Fruits and Vegetables, Grains, packaged foods.
In this area there are more than 36 ISO 17025 tests accredited by the OAA and in 2013 we obtained the certification of “compliance with the principles of Good Practices of OECD laboratories” for the studies of agrochemical residues in vegetable crops also granted by the OAA.
Two integrated work teams stand out:
- Gas Chromatography with specific detectors and mass spectrometry or CG-MS (MS)
- Liquid chromatography with fluorescence detectors, UV and triple quadrupole mass spectrometers or HPLC-MS
